You have to acknowledge that you are ready to work in a way that is different from how you have been working. You have to put yourself out there and be willing to try things that will test your stamina and your strength - physically, mentally, and emotionally. You have to be willing to have a hard time sometimes and you have to be willing to see and celebrate hard-earned successes -
which for some is the hardest part of all.
