Work 1:1 with me to maximize your time exercising and rein in your fitness goals. I will build workouts that speak to both your strengths and to areas you seek to develop.
If you are in the greater DC area, I am happy to meet you in person or via Zoom.
I am also available through Zoom for anyone who would rather meet that way or who lives out of the area. Where there is a will, there will be a way for us to work together!

Veteran and new clients alike will start with the ever important foundational work of balance and correcting the asymmetries in our bodies. We will incorporate mobility exercises to increase our ranges of motion and glute and core work to enhance our strength work. Topping it all off will be cardio, agility, and explosive power work.
These classes are for all levels - our goal is to keep you safe and challenged!

The details!
Classes are $18/class and clients register for the entire session. For example: a client attending on Tuesdays would pay $18 x 13 classes = $234. Links for payment can be found on the registration form.
All participants will need to complete a 2026 Waiver prior to attending class.
I recommend checking your email the night before class. Sometimes the temperature drops unexpectedly and I have to change us to a Zoom format. If class location has to be changed, an email will be sent out with the Zoom link included. I make my decision whether to move class to Zoom based on the real feel temperature (Weather Underground) in conjunction with what type of workout is planned.
Please dress for outside classes and bring a yoga mat, water, and hand weights (5-15 lbs). A warm hat is highly recommended. As the mornings are dark this time of year, please consider wearing a reflective vest/sash if commuting by foot/bike.
We also use exercise loop bands such as these that you may want to purchase.

Classes are $18/class and clients register for the entire session. As this is a long session, payment may be made in 2 installments.
All participants will need to complete a 2025 Waiver prior to attending class. Please do so if you have not already this year.
