The details!
Participants register for the entire session. Classes are $18 per so someone attending Tuesdays would remit payment for 6 x $18 = $108. Each participant can make-up 2 missed classes-hopefully as soon after missing class as possible. Please just let me know when you plan to come.
All participants need to complete a 2025 Waiver prior to attending class. Please review the Class Policies for information regarding missed classes.
Please dress for outside classes and bring a yoga mat, water, and hand weights (5-12 lbs) with you to class. Layers of clothing and a hat are highly recommended. We also use exercise loop bands such as these that you may want to purchase.
There will be times class will have to move to a Zoom format, due to rain for example. I will email all registrants the eve before.

Welcome 2025! What a perfect time to make some real gains in terms of strength and fitness.
