Work 1:1  with me to maximize your time exercising and rein in your fitness goals. I will build workouts that speak to both your strengths and to areas you seek to develop. 


If you are in the greater DC area, I am happy to meet you in person or via Zoom. 

I am also available through Zoom for anyone who would rather meet that way or who lives out of the area. Where there is a will, there will be a way for us to work together!

Group classes May 17 - July 12, 2025

Summertime, summertime!

More sunshine, more light, more opportunities to work hard, laugh deeply, and be part of a great community.  Let's get ready to warm up, activate our glutes, and improve our balance, core stability, and overall strength and functional mobility by completing bodyweight and dumbbell exercises at different tempos and with varying intensity levels. 


Class Times and Locations   

Tuesdays:           7:30 - 8:30 am            Forest Grove Neighborhood Park

Fridays:               6:15 - 7:15 am            Glaizewood Ave, Takoma Park  

Saturdays:          9:30 - 10:30 am          Forest Grove Neighborhood Park

The details!


​7, 10, and 14 Class Cards can be used to take any class offered - any day, any location. Want more classes, just let me know!! Classes are $1​5 ​per class, so cards are $105, $150, and $210 respectively. 


All participants need to complete a 2025 Waiver prior to attending class. 

 
​I recommend checking your email the night before class if inclement weather is forecast - rain is fine to workout in...thunder and lightning not so much. If class location has to be changed, an email will be sent out with the Zoom link included.


Please dress for outside classes and bring a yoga mat, water, and hand weights (5-15 lbs) with you to class. ​A hat, sunblock, and bug spray are highly recommended. We also use exercise loop bands such as these that you may want to purchase.

MAY 10 : Special "Going away" class - all clients, past and present, welcome to attend!


The details!

Participants register for the entire session. Classes are $18 per so someone attending Tuesdays would remit payment for 6 x $18 = $108.  Each participant can make-up 2 missed classes-hopefully as soon after missing class as possible. Please just let me know when you plan to  come. 


All participants need to complete a 2025 Waiver prior to attending class.  Please review the Class Policies for information regarding missed classes. 


Please dress for outside classes and bring a yoga mat, water, and hand weights (5-12 lbs) with you to class. Layers of clothing and a hat are highly recommended. We also use exercise loop bands such as these that you may want to purchase.  


There will be times class will have to move to a Zoom format, due to rain for example. I will email all registrants the eve before.
